Do I need a new saw or new machines?
No. Foam Elephant works with the saws you already have, vertical or horizontal. Cutting plans show fence settings in inches for your own machines.
I already have a website. Do I lose it?
No. We can rebuild it or add the configurator to it. Your domain stays yours, and we redirect your old pages to protect your Google ranking.
Do I have to change how I take orders?
No. We start with the website. Phone, email and counter orders keep coming in as usual. When you are ready, they all land in one list.
How long until my new website is live?
You see a free preview within 24 hours. Your new website goes live about 2 weeks after you approve it. The shop desk, the live agent and scrap savings follow, rolled out step by step within 6 to 8 weeks.
Is the website in Spanish too?
Yes. Your website and the AI assistant can speak English and Spanish.
Who owns my data?
You do. You can export everything at any time, and you keep it if you leave. See Your data and terms.
What if the AI assistant gets something wrong?
It follows the rules you set. Anything outside them, such as a large order or a discount, comes to you before the customer gets an answer.
How much does it cost?
