Your orders, customers, prices and cutting plans belong to your shop. We use them only to run your service.

Export everything, any time

One click gives you all your orders and customers as a spreadsheet file. No request, no fee.

Leave whenever you want

Cancel with the notice set in your plan. We hand over your data, and your website domain stays in your name.

Your domain stays yours

Your website address is registered in your shop's name, not ours.

You stay in control of the AI assistant

You choose what it may do on its own. Anything else comes to you first.

Secure by default

Every page uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Each person on your team has their own login.

Terms of service

1. The service

Foam Elephant is provided by Polyweb LLC. It includes the plan you choose: your website with its 3D configurator, and, if you add them, the shop desk, the AI assistant and scrap savings.

2. Your account

You are responsible for who you give access to. Tell us right away if you think a login was misused.

3. Payment

Plans are billed monthly in US dollars. Prices are agreed in writing before you start. Billing details are agreed in writing before work starts.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time with the notice set in your plan, agreed in writing before you start. We export your data for you and help move your domain if needed.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to your data, photos and texts. You let us use them only to run your service.

6. The AI assistant

The assistant answers from your own information and the rules you set. It can make mistakes, so prices and promises outside your rules always come to you first.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service online at all times and fix problems quickly. Planned maintenance is announced ahead.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
