Who we are

What we collect

When you ask for a free preview, we collect what you type in the form:

• Shop name, current website, city and state
• What you cut most
• Your name, email and, if you give it, your phone number

When you visit this site, our host keeps short technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.

Why we use it

• To build your preview and send you its private link
• To answer you, and to follow up once about your preview
• To keep the site secure

We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Who receives it

Only the companies that help us run the service: our website host, Vercel Inc., our booking tool, Calendly (if you book a call), and our email provider. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

We do not sell or share your personal information, as those words are defined by California law.

How long we keep it

Preview requests are kept for one week, then deleted. Technical logs are kept by our host for a short period set by the host.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents also have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information, the right to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither), and the right not to be treated differently for using these rights.

To use any of these rights, email us. We answer within 45 days.

Children

This service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.

Who we are

Sample Foam Co. (demo shop) runs this website. Our website and our online assistant are provided by Foam Elephant, a service of Polyweb LLC, which handles your information only on our behalf.

What we collect

• Your orders: piece sizes, foam, name, email, phone, and your address if we deliver
• Messages you send us by chat, text or email
• If you opt in, your phone number for order-ready text messages

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Our AI assistant

The chat on this site is an AI assistant, and it tells you so. It answers questions about foam, prices and orders from our own information. Your messages are kept so our team can follow up, and you can ask for a person at any time.

Text messages

We text you only if you tick "Text me when my order is ready". These are order updates, not advertising. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work, such as your cart. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.

Who receives it

Only the companies that help us serve you: Foam Elephant (website, orders and assistant), our website host, and our payment processor. We do not sell or share your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and warranty reasons. Chat and text history is kept for 24 months.
